Rick Gibbs, Co-Founder and President


Rick has spent 25 years providing electrical and mechanical solutions to manufacturing and processing facilities throughout BC and Alberta. As co-founder of Neutron Factory Works, Rick has helped build the company into one of the Lower Mainland’s most trusted industrial contractors. Today, Neutron provides Electricians, Welders, Refrigeration Mechanics, Millwrights, PLC Programmers, Consulting Services as well as Parts Supply to BC’s leading manufacturing companies. Rick received his Electrical JM Red Seal Certification from The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary shortly before relocating to Vancouver in spring of 1994. Rick also obtained his Unrestricted Class A Electrical Contracting Certification.
