James has achieved much success in the company, including the design and implementation of state-of- the art dispatch and billing systems; both of which were integrated with accounting software, enabling Neutron to stay in front of ‘the pack’ in its early years. James continues to foster an environment of continuous improvement within the company, keeping his team engaged and their customers productive.
As Co-Founder of Neutron, James was instrumental in driving the Neutron Factory Works business model to meet the very real needs for technical expertise and sustainable solutions in the manufacturing industry. With a sincere focus on long term problem solving, James has brought his 30 plus years of sciences background and technical skills to the industrial and manufacturing sector, continually discovering new ways to further benefit the industry. His ability to firstly understand, then communicate clearly and accurately on, the most complex of technical challenges has kept him in high demand by some of the biggest names in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEMs) and the facilities in which their equipment operates.
James’s sincere and focused dedication to the continuous training of his team has resulted in a higher level of expertise in comparison to what other contractors can provide. This has without doubt brought Neutron the success it has enjoyed for over 15 years. James has played a key role in expanding his company’s market to encompass other trades skills and services, enabling Neutron to become one of the leading Industrial Contractors in BC. His success has helped Neutron to be recognized as the City of Delta Business of the Year, as # 46 in Profit Magazine’s Hot 50, and has led the business to be covered in numerous articles written about Neutron’s ability to bridge technology and labor for long term productivity and competitiveness.
